We are in contact with the electricity company, Endesa, regarding the high electricity bills received by owners here in Costalita. A short conversation with Endesa staff revealed that Endesa every two months send staff to Costalita in order to read the actual electricity consumption for the corresponding period. For every second month, Endesa carry out a so called average calculation. So, if it is as Endesa so far has explained, the final invoices issued to the Costalita owners consist of one month actual consumption and one month so called average consumption. The balance between average and actual consumption is then included in the following invoice.
