Costalita Estepona, properties in the most beautiful urbanisation on Costa del Sol

Pepes Beach

Since 1978
Pepes Beach is the “chiringuito” (beach restaurant) of Costalita. Pepe started the restaurant back in 1978 long before the first Costalita property saw the light of day.

A Beach restaurant nestled within tropical greenery
By the end of the Costalita beach promenade nestled within tropical greenery you will find this hay roofed chiringuito located in the sand of the Costalita beach. As guest in Pepe’s Beach you can choose to enjoy the open Mediterranean air from the “sand terrace” which literally consists of tables and chairs placed in the sand. Or you can choose the cozy little grass terrace where you will find a shady spot under the palm trees and banana plants. The inside of the restaurant shows the its’ 3 decade history with warm, rustic and wooden interior.

Bar, fish and others
The bar service at Pepes Beach is a popular get-together point during sun bathing hours in summer. Pepe’s Beach offers variety of different meals and menus. The specialty is fresh fish often caught by Juan – the cook.

Flamingo nights on the Pepe’s Beach terrace
A local “flamingo family” make Friday nights really lively to the son of the Andalucian sounds mingled to the sounds of the Mediterranean Sea. A Spanish family with mamá, papa and sons and daughters form a flamingo band and bring Andalucian magic to the terraces of Pepe’s Beach. With their Andalucian dresses the daughters dance to the flamingo music played by the rest of the family. Wonderful night atmosphere on the Costalita beach under the Andalucian sky.
